Progam Overview

Within the Consumable Program, you have a minimum monthly order quantity of 50,000 bags.

You can order any mix of sizes, SKUs (think different designs) and offerings across the 50k, with a 5k unit MOQ per SKU (design).

All orders for all SKUs must be completed and submitted by the 13th of each month.

Three Standard Sizes

There are three standard-size bags as part of the program with six different film/lamination offerings to suit the needs of any brand. The size offerings are designed to be best fit to specific applications, as follows:

  • 3¾W x 7½H – Designed to hold up to 2, 1 gram pre-rolls
  • 4W x 6H – Designed to hold up to 3, ½ gram pre-rolls or ⅛ ounce of flower
  • 5½W x 6H – Designed to hold up to 10, ½ gram pre-rolls or ¼ ounce of flower

All of the bag options listed within the program have been fully tested to work perfectly within the bagger machines for the applications listed above. We also have the ability to work with you on custom size or shape offerings to fit the exact needs of your brand. More about Flex Pouches

Flex pouches, also known as flexible pouches, are a type of packaging made from flexible materials that can be easily molded to various shapes and sizes. These pouches are designed to protect and preserve the contents while providing a lightweight and versatile packaging solution.

Printing custom flexible packaging is a unique branding opportunity: customers will often leave your product in the bag and reseal it for later if they can, meaning it will stay in their line of sight for much longer than traditional packaging. So make sure you provide something they are happy to see — or even reuse! 

Flex pouches are typically constructed from layers of plastic films, foil, and sometimes paper, which are laminated together to create a durable and protective barrier. The multi-layer construction offers excellent resistance to moisture, oxygen, and light, ensuring the product’s freshness and shelf life.

Within your program, we offer a wide range of options to suit your brand's requirements – from Economy to Premium and a unique Recyclable option! Here are the details of each:

Economy

  • Ideal bag for low-cost or wholesale pre-rolls for selling at the lowest possible price. 
  • The incremental cost per bag for any units ordered over the 50k monthly minimum will be charged as follows based on the bag size ordered:
    • 3.75W x 7.5H – $0.2823
    • 4W x 6H - $0.1868
    • 5.5W x 6H - $0.2737
  • NO Lamination
  • 3 Mil Met/Pet White films with CMYK Printing

 

 

Standard

  • Offers an upgrade from the Economy offering, with a laminate on the outside of the bag and a heavier film that will improve the oxygen barrier for your product. Ideal for low to mid-tier retail offerings of flower or pre-rolls
  • The incremental cost per bag for any units ordered over the 50k monthly minimum will be charged as follows based on the bag size ordered:
    • 3.75W x 7.5H - $0.4031
    • 4W x 6H - $0.2604
    • 5.5W x 6H - $0.3574
  • Gloss Lamination
  • 4 Mil Met/Pet White films with CMYK Printing

Premium

  • The bag that will stand out to your customers the second they touch it in a dispensary. It offers the same barriers as the standard offering with a beautifully tactile soft-touch lamination that your customers will love!
  • The incremental cost per bag for any units ordered over the 50k monthly minimum will be charged as follows based on the bag size ordered:
    • 3.75W x 7.5H – $0.4639
    • 4W x 6H – $0.3061
    • 5.5W x 6H – $0.4202
  • Soft Touch Lamination.
  • 4 Mil Met/Pet White films with CMYK Printing.

Premium +

  • Looking for a metallic finish to make your brand stand out? If yes, this is the bag for you. The silver metallic film offers the same barrier as the standard and premium bag but provides a metallic-looking finish to the colors used in your design. This offering will have the standard gloss laminate.
  • The incremental cost per bag for any units ordered over the 50k monthly minimum will be charged as follows based on the bag size ordered:
    • 3.75W x 7.5H – $0.4693
    • 4W x 6H – $0.3227
    • 5.5W x 6H – $0.4563
  • Gloss Lamination.
  • 4 Mil Met/Pet Metallic films with CMYK Printing.

Premium ++

  • Allowing the same metallic finish as the Premium + offering, the Premiumm ++ offers an additional soft touch laminate to deliver a beautifully tactile experience to the consumer.
  • The incremental cost per bag for any units ordered over the 50k monthly minimum will be charged as follows based on the bag size ordered:
    • 3.75W x 7.5H - $0.5522
    • 4W x 6H - $0.3802
    • 5.5W x 6H - $0.5191
  • Soft-touch Lamination.
  • 4 Mil Met/Pet Metallic films with CMYK Printing.

Recyclable

  • Does your state require your products to be packaged in recyclable packaging? Or maybe you are simply trying to promote your green as being green. If either is the case, this is the pouch for you. 
  • The incremental cost per bag for any units ordered over the 50k monthly minimum will be charged as follows based on the bag size ordered:
    • 3.75W x 7.5H - $0.3707
    • 4W x 6H - $0.2357
    • 5.5W x 6H - $0.3232
  • NO Lamination.
  • Recycled COEX PE 4 Mil White films with CMYK Printing.

White MetPET 3 or 4 Mil Film

MetPET White film combines the durability of metallized polyester with a white surface, offering both strong protection properties and an appealing look. This material provides optimum oxygen protection for products that need protection from moisture and oxygen, ensuring freshness and maintaining product integrity.

Silver MetPET 4 Mil Film

MetPET Silver film a metalized barrier film material offers a sleek metallized appearance, perfect for applications requiring both protection and visual appeal. This material effectively controls the amount of light and moisture, helping to keep products fresh and protected.

Recyclable COEX PE White Film

Our Recycled COEX PE 4 Mil White film offers all the same oxygen barrier as our white and metallic films while giving you the ability to go green with your green. This is the perfect application for states that require your flower and pre-rolls to be delivered in fully recyclable packaging – or simply for a marketing initiative if ‘going green with your green’ is something that will resonate with your customer base.
