Shipping Policy

At our packstudio shop, we understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping for our customers. That’s why we have established the following shipping policy to ensure a seamless experience for our customers when ordering from us.


Shipping Time
Order production time is 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday) on average. The specifics for each product is listed on the site and visible during the checkout process.


Shipping Transit time: Ranged from next day to 4-5 business days (Monday - Friday) depending on the ship method selected by the customer during the checkout process. We offer ship methods ranging from overnight to ground shipping. 


Order Cut of time: 6 PM


Shipping Fee
The cost of shipping is represented to the customer during checkout. There are various delivery options available to you, with shipping fees listed for each. 


Tracking Information
We will provide tracking information for every order once it has been shipped. You can track your order on the shipping carrier’s website using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.


Custom Fees and Duties
Please be aware that some orders may be subject to custom fees and duties, which are imposed by the destination country. These fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost.


Delivery Attempts
If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, they may make additional delivery attempts or hold the package for pickup at their facility. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package and resolve the issue. If the package cannot be recovered, we will provide a full refund or replace the product, if possible.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our packstudio shop. However, because each item ordered is fully branded and customized to your requirements we do not offer returns. 

If for some reason the product you recieved does not match the product ordered, or that was an issue with quality or the product was damaged in transit, we can support a refund on an order (or credit for a future order). 

In order to report a quality issue, and initiate the refund process, please follow the steps below:

Please email [email protected] with the order ID, and the details about why you are requesting a refund. Our team will initially respond that your request is being reviewed within 24 hours. The request will be fully resolved in no later than 72 business hours.
